About This Place

Located in the vibrant heart of New York’s Chinatown at 26A Elizabeth Street, Koré Coffee is a charming haven for coffee enthusiasts seeking a unique and inventive café experience. This coffee shop masterfully marries traditional Korean influences with artisanal café culture, creating an inviting space where creativity and quality come together beautifully.

Koré Coffee is a treasure trove of thoughtfully crafted beverages and indulgent treats, with a standout emphasis on their signature tiramisu-inspired lattes. From the luscious Tahni Black Sesame Latte to the delicately balanced Matcha Latte and the classic Tiramisu Croffle, each item delivers a sensory journey that excites the palate and soothes the soul. The croffles—a delightful fusion of croissant and waffle—come in enticing flavors such as Blueberry Seasonal, Chocolate, and the ever-popular Matcha Green Tea Croffle, offering a crispy, buttery texture with every bite.

Customers often praise Koré’s ability to innovate while maintaining a smooth, rich coffee profile. Trevor S captures this perfectly, calling out the tiramisu top as “luscious and truly tasted like tiramisu,” with coffee that carries a “smooth and nice body.” Meanwhile, Claudia K’s glowing recommendation of the Tahni Black Sesame Tiramisu Latte highlights both its bold flavor and versatility, noting it’s delightful even without caffeine but easily customizable with an added espresso shot.

The atmosphere at Koré Coffee is equally inviting, tucked away in a quaint corner that invites both relaxation and discovery. The café’s creative menu offers more than just coffee; for those who crave a bit of savory alongside their sweet, the chicken BLT sandwich paired with a vibrant Strawberry Matcha Latte—described by Stella Toothman as “a good balance of fluffy bread and crunchy crust” with “a good amount of fillings”—makes a satisfying meal.

Koré Coffee stands out as a cozy retreat for those who appreciate artistry in their cup and a menu that sparks curiosity and delight. Whether you're drawn by the rich, creamy tiramisu lattes, the delicate floral notes of a matcha creation, or the crisp, flavorful croffles, this café promises a rewarding experience that justifies every penny—proving that exceptional quality and thoughtful innovation make all the difference in elevating your everyday coffee ritual.

Not the biggest fan of paying $10 for a latte, but this one was worth it. The tiramisu top was luscious and truly tasted like a tiramisu. Coffee was smooth and had a nice body.

TLDR: Get their Tahni Black Sesame Tiramisu latte even if it's non-caffeinated because you can just add a shot of espresso for extra instead if you want! -[TAHNI BLACK SESAME TIRAMISU] $9.25 I believe I asked to get a shot of espresso added to this but not 100% certain that happened since I didn't see or taste it Regardless, this was SO delicious even with such a steep price. Highly recommend it -[CHEDDAR SCALLION SCONE] Couldn't see the price for it displayed anywhere but I wanted something to cushion the caffeine Ask for them to heat it up for you because this was an amazing baked good to start the morning with - the scone's texture was so fluffy

Tiramisu latte- not too overpoweringly coffee, more so on the creamier side. However, that’s usually how I like my tiramisu so I’d give this a great rating.

discovered this cafe recently and it's becoming my go to when i'm in the area! got a strawberry matcha latte and a chicken blt. the matcha itself was delightfully strong and the strawberry puree had all the yummy bits of seeds and fruit i really liked the sandwich, it came out hot, the sourdough was to me a good balance of fluffy bread and crunchy crust, and there was a good amount of fillings. previously, i've tried one of the croffles and that was really good too! i came in during a bit of a rush, and despite that the staff were friendly and my order came out quickly. will be coming back :3

A charming little café that’s pure joy for coffee lovers craving something creative, cozy, and truly unique. Nestled on Elizabeth Street in the heart of Chinatown, Köre Coffee blends traditional Korean flair with artisanal café favorites. Their signature tiramisu lattes—whether the classic, matcha, or black sesame Tahni version—are a delightful twist on dessert-in-a-cup and are consistently praised as rich, creamy, and balanced. The black sesame latte is a standout—savory, subtly sweet, and velvety smooth. Pair any drink with their croffles—a buttery hybrid of croissant and waffle—offered in flavors like strawberry tiramisu or savory cheese and bacon. The everything bagel croissant filled with savory cream cheese is another local favorite that blends comfort and surprise. Inside, seating is limited—more cozy grab‑and‑go than café lounge—but the friendly staff and quick service make the experience still feel warm and inviting. Despite their compact size, many visitors leave with a full belly and a happy heart. While prices are on the higher side (most specialty drinks hover around $8), the quality, creativity, and charm make every dollar feel well spent. ⸻ Why it captured our hearts: • Inventive drinks that feel like mini dessert experiences • Unique pastries—croffles, everything-bagel croissant • Friendly, artful service (NK Kim and family-run vibe) • Perfect Chinatown location with handcrafted atmosphere Whether you grabbed a tahini black sesame latte, matcha tiramisu, or a warm croffle, Köre Coffee offers something memorable for first-time visitors and seasoned coffee adventurers alike.

I got tiramisu latte and matcha strawberry croffle and they didn’t disappoint! I loved the creaminess and sweetness of the tiramisu latte and the croffle was so fresh and crunchy! It is a bit pricey but I would say it’s a perfect treat. Also, the ladies working there are super nice!

My daughter found this spot and asked me to take her. I tried the tiramisu latte and it was delicious. I didn’t even need to add any sugar. My daughter had the matcha latte and she said it was good as well. The coffee shop is small, but has a few tables and chairs available for seating. I didn’t get to try the pastries, but will definitely do so next time!

Stayed at Hotel 50 Bowery and loved the proximity to this coffee shop! I liked the vibes and magnets from where customers have traveled from. I tried the strawberry chocolate croffle and really enjoyed it! The tiramisu latte was so good I came back a second time. Definitely would return next time I’m nearby
